Operational modernization

CounterWorks

The inherited system kept one customer order per window. The redesign let the software work the way experienced parts specialists already did: many orders open in one workspace, none of them lost.

Federal decision systems

Do Not Pay

A common investigation pattern for moving from large, multi-source result sets toward supporting evidence and human decision-making. I presented the prototype direction at the U.S. Treasury, where it was approved.

Operating model redesign

Jenday

An operating model and working prototype that treats each order as one manufacturing commitment, carried from customer request through artwork, production, and fulfillment.
